Rob Haskell
Before directing Senderis Rob worked in the Spanish department of a Bible Software company, teaching Spanishspeaking leaders how to study the Bible better with digital tools. He has also taught many classes on theology, biblical interpretation and apologetics both in the US and other countries. He grew up in Argentina as a missionary kid and there learned to speak Spanish fluently. He now lives in Bellingham, WA with his wife and two children and travels to various Spanish speaking countries to teach Bible and theology at conferences and Bible colleges.

Randolph Mercelita

Randolph joined the Senderis team in 2010. He came as professor of pastoral counseling at Rio Grande Bible Institute, in Texas. Randolph has a passion for training pastors and leaders in Latin America to counsel the people under their care wisely and biblically. Originally from the island of Curaao in the Caribbean, he now lives with his family in Edinburg, Texas.

Bolivia Representative
Brayan Llano
Brayan works as a church planter in Bolivia and also supports rural pastors with much needed theological education. Aside from this he organizes Senderis conference in that county and is also our “resident” web programmer.
Brayan grew up in Cochabamba, right in the middle of Bolivia. He studied computer science in college and has a few more classes left to finish a seminary degree.

Reynaldo Rubio

Reynald Rubio
Reynaldo has been a leader among pastors for many years and has a passion of leadership development and education. He is currently a pastor in Pamplona Alta in the southern cone of Lima. He also organizes Senderis events and conferences. We are currently raising funds to better support Reynaldo’s work. See our Support page to donate.
